so we canSpecial Summon Man-Eating Treasure Chest
from graveyard.2- Attack Twin-Headed Behemoth
with Giant Germ 
, then chain with Rope of Life 
by discarding Premature Burial
3- Now Special Summon Giant Germ
in attacking position and attack Twin-Headed Behemoth , then finish it with Man-Eating Treasure Chest .
